I forgot my password
Signed up with Google? You do not need a password. Press Continue with Google on the login page. Once you are in, you can set a password from your Profile if you want one.
- Go to the password reset page.
- Enter your e-mail and follow the steps.
If the reset message does not arrive, use Google instead, or contact us below.
Google sign-in does not work
Google sign-in only works with the Google account you used to sign up.
- Check that you choose the same Google account every time.
- If you forgot your Google password, recover it at accounts.google.com, then try again.
- Open 4LAZIE in your normal browser, not inside another app, and allow pop-ups.
You can also set a 4LAZIE password in your Profile, so you are not tied to Google.
My instructor account is waiting for approval
After you sign up, the 4LAZIE team confirms who you are, usually by phone. You can log in meanwhile, but you cannot publish yet. You get a notification as soon as you are approved.
Make sure the phone number you gave is correct and reachable on WhatsApp. It speeds things up.
I changed my e-mail or left my college
Write to us from the phone number on your account. We confirm it is you, then update your e-mail. We may ask for a staff ID or a letter from your college for instructor accounts.
My account is locked or suspended
After many wrong attempts, login pauses for a while to protect you. Wait about an hour and try again. If your account was suspended, the message on screen gives the reason. Contact us to ask for a review.
The page is slow or does not open
4LAZIE rests when nobody uses it, so the first visit can take up to a minute. Wait, then refresh. Also check your internet and your phone's date and time.

To protect your account we confirm it is you before changing anything. We never ask for your password, so never send it to anyone.
