By accessing or using the 4LAZIE platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You retain ownership of any materials you submit to the platform. However, by posting content, you grant 4LAZIE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content across the platform for educational and operational purposes.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, or to harass other users. Additionally, when setting up your public profile or using the Real-Time Chat, you must not use offensive or abusive language. We reserve the right to monitor chat logs for abusive behavior and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We strive to keep 4LAZIE accessible 24/7. As part of this effort, we utilize offline caching (PWA features) to ensure fast load times, and we collect real-time, anonymized analytics to monitor server performance and concurrent usage. While we actively optimize the platform for all students, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
In no event shall 4LAZIE, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
